Lesson Fees
Lesson fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Any future price changes will be communicated in advance.
All lessons must be paid for in advance to secure your booking.

Block bookings are non-refundable and lessons cannot be transferred to another pupil.
Cancellations & Missed Lessons
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full lesson fee.
If a pupil arrives more than 15 minutes late without making contact, the lesson may be cancelled and charged in full.
Lesson Appointments
Pick-up and drop-off locations will be agreed in advance between the pupil and instructor.
Requests to change collection or drop-off locations may reduce the available lesson time to ensure the instructor's schedule remains on track.
The instructor reserves the right to adjust routes, lesson content, or start and finish locations where necessary for safety, traffic conditions, or time management.
Driving Licence & Legal Requirements
All pupils must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and present it upon request.
Pupils must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, medication, driving disqualifications, penalty points, or licence restrictions that may affect their ability to drive safely.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in lessons being suspended or cancelled.
Pupil Responsibilities
Whilst under instruction, pupils remain legally responsible for their actions behind the wheel.
Any fixed penalties, fines, parking charges, or legal offences incurred during a lesson remain the responsibility of the pupil.
Driving whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair driving is strictly prohibited. The lesson will be terminated immediately and the full lesson fee will remain payable.
Pupils are expected to behave respectfully towards their instructor and other road users at all times. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in tuition being terminated without refund.
Use of the Tuition Vehicle for Driving Tests
Use of the tuition vehicle for a practical driving test is not automatically guaranteed and remains at the instructor's discretion.
The vehicle will only be made available where:
- The pupil has reached a safe and test-ready standard.
- All outstanding fees have been paid in full.
- The test centre is within the instructor's operating area.
- The vehicle is available and roadworthy on the day of the test.
If, in the instructor's professional opinion, a pupil is not ready to take their test safely, DrAnt's Driving School reserves the right to withdraw the use of the vehicle.
Driving Test Bookings
DrAnt's Driving School reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel any driving test booked through its systems where necessary.
If tuition is discontinued before the test date, any driving test booked and paid for through DrAnt's Driving School will be cancelled and refunded where applicable.
Any driving test fee paid directly to the DVSA remains subject to DVSA terms, conditions, and refund policies.
Dash Cameras & Vehicle Safety
Tuition vehicles may be fitted with dash cameras for safety, security, and insurance purposes.
Any recording equipment used within the vehicle will be operated in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Data Protection
Personal information supplied to DrAnt's Driving School will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
Information will only be used for the administration of driving lessons, driving tests, and related services, and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

DrAnt's Driving School is committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality driving tuition.
However, DrAnt's Driving School cannot be held responsible for:
- DVSA driving test cancellations or delays.
- Road closures, traffic conditions, adverse weather, or vehicle breakdowns.
- The actions of other road users.
- Financial losses, missed opportunities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
